The drama between Kiss Daniel and his former record label takes another turn as his lawyers reply G-Worldwide.
Kiss Daniel’s decision to exit G-Worldwide and start his own Fly Boi Inc has stirred up bad blood with his former label. Court documents were sort to restrain Kiss Daniel from performing with his stage name.
Currently, L&A Legal Consult who are lawyers to Kiss Daniel have published new information revealing that G-Worldwide indeed failed to keep to terms of contracts.
In a six page documents the solicitors representing Oluwatobiloba Anidugbe pointed out that the problem between their client and his former label began when he former demanded for proper accounting of the finance which he is entitled to have a fair knowledge.
The also stated that the ‘Yeba’ crooner did no wrong in terminating his contract as allowed on the contract terms.
