The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 plus will arrive in different stores on March 16.

Samsung has also announced that the cheapest way to get the Galaxy S9 (without a trade-in) is through Samsung itself.

The Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus look almost the same as Galaxy S8 in a glance. Unveiling the features of the latest phone, The Verge reveals that the S9 pair maintain the S8’s attractive and efficient design, with extra tall 18.5:9 screens, curved sides, and glass front and backs. The 5.8-inch (S9) and 6.2-inch (S9 Plus) screens are the same Super AMOLED panels with 2960 x 1440 pixel resolutions, though Samsung says they are slightly brighter this year.

Interestingly, the S9 and its predecessor have slightly different dimensions and weigh a little more.

Here is the cost of the latest Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus released by Samsung:

Buy it outright: S9 for $719.99; S9 Plus for $839.99.

Monthly installments: $30 per month for 24 months for the S9; $35 per month for 24 months for the S9 Plus. Prices are a cent more expensive than buying it outright.

Trade in: $50 to $350 off when you trade in a smartphone. You will trade in last year’s Galaxy S8 or an iPhone 8 or X to get the full $350 but you can still get $300 off for an S7 or iPhone 7, and $150 off for an S6 or iPhone 6.
