A man claiming to be mad was nabbed today at Elele Alimi in Emohua LGA of Rivers state.
He was caught after a lady who knew him from Secondary school, Recognized how he was moving suspiciously at a round about and raised alarm.
After been nabbed, he confessed to packing his car at Ahoada before disguising himself as a Mad man..
Found with him were live snake, a car key, a pack of condom, sweets, voters card, affidavit, a wallet with #3,500 cash, and more.
