The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has shared photos of Mr Andrew A Kumapayi, Rivers State Sector Commander of chopping off the hair of female staff because it contravened some work place regulations.
The FRSC allegedly has a rule which states that all female uniformed officers must not have a hairstyle that drops past their collar while in uniform. The photos were posted on the FRSC Instagram page.
