According to multiple reports, a Catholic priest identified as Rev. Fr. Ugwu Johnbosco has been kidnapped while returning to his base in Edo state. The clergy who hails from Enugu state was reportedly kidnapped on Wednesday, 4/4/18 while returning from Asaba, Delta state to his parish at St Peters Catholic Church, Ibillo in Auchi Diocese, Edo state.
The priest’s abduction has caused unrest among his followers who are hoping he will be freed very soon and in good condition
