Felabration 2019, A festival organised to celebrate the late Nigerian Legendary Afrobeat Artist — Fela Anikulakpo Kuti began with a symposium. The topic was “Teacher Don’t Teach Me Nonsense”.

At the symposium, while speaking of the deplorable condition of Nigeria, the Nigerian Popular Writer and Novelist, Chimamanda Adichie said :“It’s almost as if we have forgotten how to be ashamed”
Other dignitaries, including Nigerian Playwright and Noble Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka were present at the symposium.
