LIMIT ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
If you seriously intend to loos belly fat, cut out on alcohol consumption. Excess Alcohol stresses the liver as it overworks to clear away toxins. This gets in the way of muscle building and results in a flappy stomach. Prioritize drinking Water, Lemon squeezed in water, green tea, or fever grass, and let alcohol be taken only occasionally. Otherwise forget about loosing your belly fat.
EAT HEALTHY
Firstly, Avoid a lot of fatty foods. Do not completely avoid them, you need fatty foods for energy. Just limit consumption. Eat a lot of vegetables, Fruits. limit the consumption of heavy carbonhydrate meals such as fufu, or cocoyam. And most important of all eat light at the beginning of the day – morning, and at the end of the day – evening.
