Six suspects have been arrested by the Police in relation to the abduction of the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Olu Falae.
Falae was abducted by suspected Fulani herdsmen from his farm in Ilado village, Akure North, Ondo state.
The elder statesmen was released days later after a ransom of N5million had been paid to his captors.
Vanguard reports that the six members of the gang who abducted the chieftain, have been nabbed.
The suspects were reportedly arrested in Ondo, Ekiti and Niger state.
The report states that the suspects were arrested after the police was tipped off about their whereabouts.
