Its official…Award-winning rapper, Michael Ugochukwu Stephens popularly known as Ruggedman has worm his way into the Elite list of International Ambassadors for peace .
Its no surprise that he was tapped for this, as the star rapper has been involved in several national community projects across Nigeria and the diaspora for over two years, specifically through the ambassadors in action program, which in turn earned him a nomination for an International Peace Ambassador by the Youth federation for world peace — an organisation in consultative status with the UN.
Via his new appointment, Ruggedman will be attending meetings at the United Nations, lobbying world leaders and using his influence and fame to promote a culture of peace. Other celebrities to be inducted on the night includes Davido, Skales amongst others.
