Nigeria International Ahmed Musa bagged a brace in CSKA Moscow’s 2-1 away to Terek Grozny to take his goal tall to 11 league goals this season.
Playing as a lone striker Musa shot his side into the lead on the stroke of half time but the lead was cancelled out by Igor Lebedenko in the 61stminute.
The 22-year-old however sealed the win with 14 minutes left to play.
The win keeps CSKA Moscow in touching distance with Zenit St. Petersburg who lead the log with 44 points from 18 games.Recall reigning champions CSKA, defeated Samara 1-0 toreach the semi-finals of the Russian Cup.
