Nigerian striker kalu Uche is indeed proving to be a good buy for his La Liga club Levante as his winning goal on Friday night as momentarily taken the struggling club away from the relegation zone in Spain’s Primeria division.
Uche’s striker in the 67thminute ensured that Levante secured a dramatic 2-1 home win over Eibar that has now taken them to 16thspot on the log with 25 points from 26 games.
After a barren first half, It was the visitors that raced into thelead in the 55thminute beforethe hosts turned the game around in two minutes with goals first from David Barral before Uche netted the winner two minutes after.
Friday’s goal for Uche is his third since arriving in Spain from the Middle-East where he was formerly playing in the United Arab Emirates.
