A Zimbabwean woman has applied for protection order against husband after she claimed he constantly beats her and they last had $ex in 2016, which she is already getting starved of.
Gloria Shana applied for the protection order in court against husband Terrence Chikoto.
“He is my husband but he assaults me in front of the neighbours,” said Shana.
Shana also told the court that she was $ex starved.
“He just leaves the house whenever he wants, coming back anytime he wants. I last enjoyed my conjugal rights in 2016,” she said.
In response, Chikoto disputed allegations posed against him.
“She is my wife and our marriage stills subsists. I had never assaulted or insulted her. I enjoy conjugal rights but it seems as if she is now enjoying it with someone else.”
Presiding magistrate Noah Gwatidzo granted the protection order in favour of Shana.
