Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be unavailable for selection for Manchester United against Arsenal after picking up a fifth booking of the season.
The 35-year-old was booked during United’s 3-1 victory over Swansea City after he had earlier scored twice.
The striker tangled with Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer and was shown a yellow card by referee Neil Swarbrick.
The booking was his fifth, following cautions against Man City , Stoke and Liverpool in the league as well as one during the 1-0 EFL Cup derby win over City late last month.
It means the Swede, who had ended his goal drought with his strikes at the Liberty, will be suspended for Jose Mourinho’s side for the game at home to Arsenal on November 19.
His absence means that one of Wayne Rooney, Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial are likely to feature up front for United.
Mourinho has played Ibrahimovic as his No.9 in the majority of United’s games this season.
